Q: Can i pay by credit card

 

A: yes you can, when you go to pay at the check out it will take you to the paypal payment screen, you will see a option to pay with your credit card.

Q: Do i get a discount for multiple purchases?

 

 

 

A: Yes you can, but you must contact us before you buy so we can send you a revised invoice. the more you buy the cheaper it becomes

 

Q: How do I send my photograph to you for engraving?

 

A: You can email your photograph and any text you require to AAUNIQUEGIFT@AOL.COM when you make your purchase, if your email address you send it from is different to your paypal adress please t let us know so we can match up your purchase, Paypal has a space for entering your required text or any other inscription on the paypal order form.

Q: What format and size photo/picture does it need to be?

A. a large sized picture works best that is of good quality In order for us to reduce the image to fit whilst keeping the quality of the photograph as the finished result will only be as good as the artwork you provide. Please send your photos in either  jpg or bitmap format, keep scanned photographs to full size or just send a photograph to us and we will scan it into our engraving programme, ready to be reproduced on your item.

Q: Can you touch up photos, erase backgrounds and join people together from to seperate photos.

A: Yes we can,  just let us know your engraving details requirements as clear as possible

Q: How much do I pay for Postage?

A:  NOTHING all Personalised Gifts are posted free of charge within the United Kindom.
If you are purchasing from out of the UK please email me to work out the postage costs.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Allow upto 7 working days after payment is received but can be as little as two working days.

Q: Do you accept cash?

A: At craft fairs & at our retail premises, if sending cash send only by special delivery.


Q: Do You accept Postal Orders / Cheques?

A: Yes we do just send us a postal order or cheque to the address on the About Us page please make cheques and postal orders payable to Kay Giles. All other transactions are made using Pay Pal who accepts all major credit/debit cards. 

 (Note: you do not need a Pay Pal account to buy from us.)
